Enovo Life Sciences is led by Mario Philips and Roel Gordijn, who collectively have over 50 years of experience leading companies the life sciences sector, including in vaccine and antibody manufacturing and more recently, in the rapidly growing field of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products.
Mario Philips
Mr. Philips, based in Belgium, is formerly the CEO of Polyplus, a leading provider of upstream solutions for cell and gene therapies, overseeing significant organic growth and strategic acquisitions until its ultimate €2.4 billion sale to Sartorius Stedim Biotech. He has previously held executive positions at Danaher/Pall Biotech, a leading life sciences and bioprocess company and ATMI Life Sciences, a global technology company and leader in single-use bioprocess solutions.
Roel Gordjin
Mr. Gordjin, based in the Netherlands, was previously Chief Commercial Officer at Polyplus. Prior to his role at Polyplus, he was the General Manager of the Gene-Therapy business at Danaher/Pall Biotech. He has also managed the Global Commercial Integrated Solutions, Strategic Account Management and Single Use technology teams at Pall and the Global Industrial Cell Culture Media Sales and Marketing teams at Lonza.
